I had an intense delightful feeling of being overwhelmed with the number of conversations I wanted to have. The attendees where as rich and interesting as the nonpanelists. Yet, there were embarrassingly little organization in the Mesa Verde room where I was. We often wasted time figuring out basic logistics like chairs and how to divide the panelists. It was difficult to hear in one large room. I would attend again and would highly recommend more interns and volunteers.
This was a very interesting Concept. But with any thing new, it take a bit to figure out how to pull it off or where to be. Combine the Event with an new event management pool pointview and there multiple issues to resolve. But in the end it was the PV app that save the day. Keep all the VIPs and attendees in syn would have been impossible. PV let me know where to go a and who was there in the Room with me. I love the history tracking.
